Are there are culinary schools that teach sushi making in Japan?!

Do you want the short course or long and are you learning for personal reasons or to become a Master!.
I worked in Japan and housewives have classes to learn the tricks, a professional school will take 3 years and then there is the 7 year apprenticeship, were you make rice, tea and assist the sushi chefs, a course taught in English is not easy to find not even one with an interpreter!.
My recommendation is to check out the schools and institutes that provide course and see what they offer first, I worked for a Canadian hotel chain that managed and ran a hotel in Tokyo back in the 1980's and was a sous chef there for 9 1/2 months!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It would be hard to find a Sushi school, in Japan, that teaches in English!. Try going to Sushi Trainer!. They teach lessons in English!. The teachers are professional Sushi Chefs from Japan, who own or work in restaurants in the U!.S!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
