Answers:
California rolls are made with vinegar-seasoned rice, cooked crab meat (often the imitation crab meat made from fish), avocado, cucumber, and mayonnaise, all rolled up in a wrapper made from a special kind of edible seaweed, with rice on the outside!. Either toasted sesame seeds or tiny red fish eggs are rolled onto the surface of the rice!.

Sushi rolls (maki) are served in six pieces, with some green wasabi horseradish, pickled pink ginger slices, and soy sauce!. You make a little puddle of soy sauce, and mix a tiny dab of the spicy hot wasabi into part of it!. Pick up a piece of the sushi with your chopsticks, dip one side of it briefly into the soy sauce, and eat it in one bite!. Follow with a slice of the ginger!.

Since the crab meat comes thoroughly pre-cooked, California rolls are completely safe to eat!. They're a nice introduction to the joys of sushi!. Vegetarian sushi is entirely safe!. Sushi made with raw salt-water fish such as tuna is quite safe too!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
