Twice cooked chicken feet, a yum cha classic at all good chinese restaurants!. Sheeps testicles were suprisingly good, just couldn't wrap my head round the fact I was eating gonads, so won't be eating them again!. Had cane rat in papua new guinea, remarkably tasty, a bit like a cross between rabbit and quail!. Though the most strange has to be chicken breast with a pineapple, chocolate and star anise sauce, not vile, just very very strange!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
