Answers:
The cabbage was probably Bok Choy, a nice sweet Chinese cabbage, and you can purchase it at most grocery stores!. Not all Chinese restaurants use MSG, and most will eliminate it if asked!. MSG is a sodium salt, and has chemical properties, as does everything!. It is produced by fermentation of starch, sugar beets, sugar cane or molasses!. Most dishes in a Chinese restaurant are stir fried in peanut oil!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are many ways of preparing Chinese-style leafy greens, without the use of MSG!. I personally like steaming bok choy and tossing it with some oyster sauce (or vegetarian mushroom stir-fry sauce), which you could easily find at any Asian grocery store!. Quick, easy, and flavorful!Www@FoodAQ@Com

they use a lot of MSG!.
a very bad and addictive chemicals!.
just dont try them at home!. occasional usage is OK but contant use could pose threat to cancer and brain damage!.
its true!.
just google them Monosodium glutamate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
