Italian, yes Mexican , no!. Italian because there is a large Italian influence there!.I guess it's like a mix of Italian and Spanish cuisine!. Very tasty in my opinion!. also, they have some great wines in Argentina as well!. Chimichurri is the national condiment much like ketchup or salsa is here in the United States!. The grilled meats are fabulous!. They use salt water and brush it on the steaks or meat using a couple sprigs of Parsley while it's on the grill!. Excellent!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
