I'm partial to Anaheims and Poblanos!.
The former is great raw in salsas and soups for extra bite, the latter is best used oven roasted or charred on a stove burner for a deep smoky flavor and slow simmering heat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

actually it is called Chile!. Forgive me for saying this but the white man has re-named it so that they can have a different spelling!. (they always have to be so different) Chile is the spanish for peppers!. and Chile the country was named after the darn vegetable! so yea!.

Well, there is only one Chile, and it is a country in South America!. If you mean chili, well, I like several different ones!. I think habaneros have a great taste but they are so darn hot!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Serranos are so great so always keep in the kitchen I can think of 10 different salsas to make with them!.!.!.I love habanero in these pico de gallo/salsa that I make its awesome!Www@FoodAQ@Com
