Which Latin country has the best Paella ?!

Spain is not a latin country but ideally it would be Spain!.
But, the thing is that I've been there and eaten a few Paellas there myself (in different parts of Spain too) and I have to admit, the best Paellas I've tasted have been made by Venezuelans or made in Venezuela!.
Almost everyone that has eaten a Paella in Spain and then in some other latin country like Colombia or Venezuela would probably say the same thing!.
But, I haven't been to every latin country so I can't say which is best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say Spain!. Paella originated in the Valencia (south east) region of Spain!.
