ya kno, i had braces once and they told me all the crap i couldnt eat, and i still ate it and my teeth arent staind, they are white, as long as u use the flouride they give u and brush twice a day and clean between the brackets then you'll be fine to eat whatevz! but popcorn is kinda hard lolWww@FoodAQ@Com
