I am a former chef and was dared by friends in England to try it, I had mine in London at the Taj Mahal, and it was a lamb Phall, and I had a lassi before and with it, after just a mango juice!.

To prepare, that is like trying to prepare to be shot out of a cannon, I would up to the date, eat a few almost as hot dishes like Vindaloo and Tindaloo, I had to sign a wavier before being served, and they have to clear the kitchen and the chef wears an aspirator to cook it, with 12 different chili's including the dreaded Naga Jolikia it is toxic to breath in the fumes, you can smell it coming half way between the kitchen and table, get a soft meat if you do not intent to chew alot, and an order of plain basmati rice, nothing with spice or seeds!.

You will remember this occasion for sometime, just be prepare for the next day, I had some discomfort, just be free to go to the WC when it happens and take a book of a bit to bite down on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drink beer with it!. The "heat" is mostly the non-polar components (oils, etc!.) which are not water-soluble, so drinking water will not help, but alcohol will!.

If you lose, try to do so with grace after making your "best effort"!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

deep breaths and once you start never stop!! not even for a drink it will only make it worse oh and the quicker the better

good luck Www@FoodAQ@Com
