What do you think about Filipino cuisine/food?!

I have visited the Philippines on a number of occasions & found the food very nice indeed & the whole dinning out experience in the Philippines was most enjoyable with a great range of seafood restaurants!. Providing almost anything one can desire from upper class to taverna type(canteena) restaurants to street vendors!.
My favorite snack was beef tap-pa & adobo plus many other appetizer dishes they serve while you enjoy a drink or two!. As a whole the Philippinos are an extremely hospitable race that will go out of there way to please there Epicurean patrons!. As a whole they have excellent produce & a wide variety of foods to please the most difficult palet!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

haha well this is pretty much one-sided since i'm Filipino myself but the food is bomb!. i cant think of any dishes that i don't like!. Filipino cuisine is probably one of the most breath-taking aspects of the culture and tradition!. especially the desserts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lumpia is awesome!. I like pancit if it's not too vegetable overloaded!. Chicken with coconut milk is great!. Any concoction of rice and fish with diced tomato is also wonderful!. Puto is also fun!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
