Carpen blue with cream horseraddish --- a must on x-mas eve!.
And on christmas polish goose with apple-redcabbage tradition in family since centuries!.
And in spring: Fresh Matjes ( but that is Dutch, we have a lot of Dutch provinces in nothern Germany Vierlanden, Finkenwerder, Altes Land !.!.!. and that for 1000 years) Maischolle, Stint and so on !.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
