Can you use a bread machine to make mochi?!

Question: Can you use a bread machine to make mochi!?
Answers:
I am a former chef and worked in Japan, it is made but pounding the cooked rice into a mash and kneading in sweet rice flour, I would use a food processor, puree the rice add slowly add the rice flour until it comes away from the side of the bowl!.

I would then pour it out on a floured surface and knead like bread dough to make it some and shiny, then add your fillings or cover it with the sweet rice paste coloured and made into small daifuko!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mochi is not bread it not even bread it not even bread like!. It is very, very, sticky!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
