Turkish cuisine is very very wide!. in all different reagons of Turkiye there r a lot similiar and different types of foods, desserts, drinks, mezes, spicies !.!.
and also Turkish cuisine spread very big geography according to Ottoman Empire, from Balkans,Greece to east-Turkish countries, north Africa to south Arab peninsula, so there r interactions and in these area still Turkish foods is cooked
