Rice cooked in rice cooker, life unrefrigerated?!

Question: Rice cooked in rice cooker, life unrefrigerated!?
It seems it's still fine a few days later (not hard, etc)!. Any experience!? I'm using Jasmine rice and water, no other add-ins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rice is only best hot!. unrefrigerated it usually can last a day at most, less if its hot, but then there would be early signs if its already getting ruined!. The easiest to spot is when there's too much moisture inside the sides pot or if there are spots on the top that are 'sweating', it's best to just discard it!. also rice that starts to smell like it has a hint of vinegar is definitely bad, even if its not the 'spoiled' smell!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't risk it it can cause some serious food poisoning!. Bacteria in rice multiplies really quickly so I wouldn't risk it even if it had been refrigerated!.
Just throw in a microwavable rice if you can't be bothered to wait to cook moreWww@FoodAQ@Com
