What is your favorite Italian dish or food!? Do you just like good ol pasta!? Perhaps you prefer a Veal or Chicken dish!?

I'm a pasta person myself, I love a good yummy tasting pasta with lots of rich flavor in it!. The type of pasta that is so good you take your dinner roll/bread after you've finished the pasta and clean the remainder of the sauce from the bottom of your bowl!. Yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I too am a big pasta fan!. However; when I eat Italian out, I enjoy veal piccata or marsala, eggplant parm or seafood with pasta (fruitta d' mare)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bruschetta and Capressi Salad (Mozerella, Tomatoes, Fresh Basil)!. All with extra-virgin olive oil!. Italian food should be about fresh ingredients, simple prepartion, and love!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Best Italian food I ever had was pasta with olive oil, fresh garlic and basil!. That's it!. Can't remember what it was called but it was pure indulgence!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
