mutton is sheep (hence the saying mutton dressed as lamb) it's called cabrito and is found in a lot of greek cooking (my mother is greek orthodox)
also female goats are called nannies, males are goats and youg ones are called kids (whitch is why my mother is my daughters gran not nan and i hate calling children kids)Www@FoodAQ@Com
