Mrs!. Dash is good!. You could just get used to eating food without all the salt!. Your taste buds will adjust!. I have gone without salt for 30 years (except on potatos, eggs and a few other things)!. Mrs!. Dash comes in a lot of varieties!. There are low sodium salt options - Morton Lite Salt is pretty good!. Sea Salt is good, but you can easily over do it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Do you use freshly ground pepper!? I don't find that boring at all!. But also e you can use fresh herbs like parsley and basil - most supermarkets sell these in small pots!. If you like you can pot them up in bigger pots and they'll last for weeks or months!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I know this sounds really weird, but if you're making a curry or Bolognese or other one pot dish, put in a whole stick of celery and let it cook with the food, then take it out before dishing up!. It's a really good substitute for salt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
LOL, markyboy, Celery Salt has "SALT" in it!.
Usually any thing that just says powder, like garlic powder, onion powder, curry powder won't have salt in it!. But be sure to check the lable!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
