They do studies on food all the time, and say all kinds of things!. But sushi is very healthy, as long as its made fresh!. But they have a whole list of foods that gives you a higher risk of cancer, and others, reduce your risk!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sushi from a reputable place is safe, as long as you eat it in moderation, and limit your intake of the fish that is known to contain higher traces of mercury!. This is the 'bad' news about sushi - all fish actually!. Sushi isn't bad, but the fish used in it can be, thanks to the contamination of our oceans!. The mercury is what can cause cancer/fertility issues!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
