I want to make onigiri....?!

Question: I want to make onigiri!.!.!.!.!?
how!?!!?!!? also, how do you make seasoned white rice!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Onigiri isn't made with seasoned white rice!. It should be made with short grain white rice!.

Steam the rice and let it cool to a temperature that you can handle it at, it should still be warm/hot!. Wet and salt your hands to keep the rice from sticking!. Take a handful of rice and pat it down like a hamburger, make a indent in the center, put whatever filling you want in the hole, put more rice on top, and shape the rice!. With a handful of rice, there really should be no more than a teaspoon of filling that you want in it or else the rice won't hold together well!. Wrap your rice ball with seaweed and enjoy!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Onigiri is just rice balls wrapped in nori (seaweed) Just steam short grained white rice and after it is cooked, toss and let sit for awhile!. Use an inexpensive onigiiri mold,or mold with hands!. Wrap with seaweed!.

Seasoned white rice is used for sushi!. Make the rice the same way, and you can buy bottled seasoning mix from a Japanese specialty store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Monosodi's answer is really good, and all I can add is another really good web site on onigiri making and lots of other delicious Japanese food recipes!. I love them and have made several kinds so far!.
