Pupusa Questions?????????????!
I want to make pupusas but I want to know what are the best products for making it!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Maseca corn is a good one, but I don't know if I should use the maseca for making tamales or the Maseca regular corn flour!?!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.also LOROCO<-----!.!.!.!.!.I found some made by Goya and it is pickled loroco!.!.!.!. is that the only kind sold!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

my boyfriend's mom makes pupusas all the time but she uses the regular maseca corn flour (the kind for tortillas) because the one for tamales ends up too oily for some reason!. i have seen fresh loroco flowers in houston Texas (but my family in Illinois and Penn!. haven't seen any) the pickled stuff from Dona Lisa or goya is more popular in store shelves and not so bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
