use any pasta shape you want - i like bucatini it has more of a bite to it

or make polenta and spread it our thin, once cool layer with your bolognese sauce and some cheeseWww@FoodAQ@Com

well odd question usually people don't want to add carbs!.
If you mean carbs sometimes there is bread or cereal in the meatballs, onions are high carb!.

If you mean the pasta of course any shape pasta you want can be used!.
You could use your bolognese also on gnocci which is potato!. Some rose sauces can be used on rice instead of pasta!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

your not hossein are you, gunner!? anyway i think the best pasta with bolognese is conchiglie, which are like shells and have a nicely manly bite to them when you get two inside one another!. if you are talking about some thing to go with it other than pasta i can imagine basmati rice would go ok - if you dry fry some cumin seeds in a pan for 1 min on high heat and crush and add to spag bol and it is basically 'chile con carne' with out the heat and chile goes with rice so get involved!Www@FoodAQ@Com

spag bog meat mix with chips and cheese on the top in lush

as is a crispy jacket pot with a good helping of the meat mix

i like it just with garlic bread too!.

enjoy what you decide to have!. xxWww@FoodAQ@Com
