Day old sushi ok to eat?!
Yesterday me and my buddy went to lunch at a sushi resturant- I brought my boyfriend home a doggy box full of yummy sushi- It's been in the fridge since yesterday around two- he won't eat it untill late tonight or tomarrow!.!.!. would you eat it, is it ok to eat!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The fish will be fine to eat, but the norri (seaweed) will be soggy and the rice will be hard!. If it's just sashimi, I'm sure it will taste like it did when you had it!.
It definitely won't be bad (health-wise) if he eats it, but it won't be too good!.

As long as the fish was really fresh it should be fine, It's best to use raw fish in a day or two any way, I would not let it sit any longer then today just to be safe!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yea it should be fine since it is just a couple hours / a day old!. And plus it was in the fridge!.!.!. so no worries!
