I agree with everything that's already been said, except Natto!.!.!. Fermented soy beans aren't my cup of tea! My favourites are ramen, which is a noodle soup and you can usually get it without pork, and okonomiyaki, a savoury pancake with different fillings and toppings!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I personally love Tonkatsu!. It is traditionally used with pork but beef and chicken are often offered as substitutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
