I'm Filipino and the term stir fried is not translated directly because most Filipino dishes have their own unique names such as pancit for stir-fried noodles!.
However the literal words stir fried would be halo (stir or mixed) and prito (fried)!. But Halo-Prito sounds funky to me!.
