Is regular pork chops O!.K!. for pork adobo or should I use pork butt or pork shoulder/Www@FoodAQ@Com

I regularly use use pork chops, and pork shoulders when making adobo!. You can even throw in chicken breasts, wings, and thighs!. Use soy sauce according to taste, instead of table salt, for color!. If you are doing it from scratch, instead of an adobo mixture, crushed peppercorn and bayleaf would highly improve the flavor and the aroma!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Absolutely, the pork won't shred as much but will definitely make a good!.!.!. if not quite authentic dish!.

I do advise you to leave the bone in though, it will add amazing flavour to the sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
