I like both too!. I started out with "Americanized" and then ventured into traditional!. It's funny to think that "Americanized" has now traveled back to Japan for the original traditionalists to enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Since I am half Japanese, I like them both! It really depends on my mood, sometimes I prefer sashimi and sometimes the Americanized rolls!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
