Mexican food chilequeles?!
I've been to Mexico several times and love Chilequeles (spelling) for breakfast!. Does anyone have a good recipe!? I've had them plain and with shredded chickenWww@FoodAQ@Com

When I make chilaquiles my family goes crazy!. This is how I do it!.
I blend 2 or 3 ripe tomatoes
Half small onion
1 clove of garlic
2 fresh jalapenos
1 Tbsp!. Chicken bouillon!.
Next!.
I fry my (cut in triangles) tortillas!. And when they're golden I toss about 4 whole eggs and keep frying!. finally I toss my sauce in there and I serve with shredded cheese and a dollop of sourcream!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I cheat when i make them, I use tortilla chips (1 large bag) put in pot with a small amount of oil, I usaually layer it I pour about 1/3 in a pot and then pour enchilada sauce over it making sure they are all wet but not soaked then put shreded chicken and a large handful of cheese then i continue until my bag is gone cover and leave on low heat until cheese melts!.!. I also do the same with green sauce and stir in eggs in the chips then pour the green sauce ove it with cheese and chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
