Answers:
I'm mexican and I've visited my family in mexico a lot of times!.
okay they are farmers living in a village called a rancho!.
For breakfast!.
They might eat beans and tortillas!. chilaquiles(tortillas with egg) or some burritos with chorizo and beans
for lunch they might eat fried tacos (tortilla with chicken then fried) some diced potatoes with onions fried up!.
for dinner they might go eat from the street vendors!. some tacos tortas tamales or anything they are selling on the street(usually weekends) they mights also make something special like chiles rellenos or kill a pig and have whole day eating different meals from pork!. Be aware that most mexicans are poor and live in the desert!. They mostly make things from scratch (if their grandma is still around)!. breakfast is anywhere from 5:00 to 10:00 am , lunch from 11:00 to 3:00 and dinner from 5:00 to 12:00(they eat late)
A hope you have a good project!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

huevos rancheros which is beans and tortillas with cooked eggs and salsa for breakfast or just simple torillas and beans for the poor people!.

if they have more money, chichen is very popular or beef chopped for tacos with onion and cilantro and salsa!.

they love chorizo which is a sausage type stuff!. And home-made tamales are really big as corn is a very prominent and available food there!.

chili pepper are also used a lot and fried!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
