Answers:
This is Pu-erh tea & is a fully fermented tea from Yunnan province of China, it comes in both loose leaf and compressed!. The compressed tea comes in many different shapes and sizes!. However, pu-erh tea comes in two different types, the green and black pu-erh!. A very unique characteristic of Pu-erh tea is the way it is similar to wine, as it ages the tea become smoother!.

Temperature: 212F, Boiling; Use: 5-6 grams per 12 ounces of water; Infusion time: 5-6 minutes!.
