Which is healthier-cooked chicken curry(Bangladeshi/Indian style) or homemade fried nuggets(in 1 tsp oil)?!

Question: Which is healthier-cooked chicken curry(Bangladeshi/Indian style) or homemade fried nuggets(in 1 tsp oil)!?
Answers:
Its a little incomplete query!. The skin is removed from the chicken for all Indian curries Bangladesh North India or South India!. It reduces the amount of saturated fats and cholesterol!. Even if the Masala is fried in pure Ghee, it will only add less than 1/2 teaspoon of fat per cup of curry!.
Most of the Nuggets have skin, and breading and deep fried in the trans-fats!. They used to be really bad!. Now at least in some states they are getting rid of trans-fats!.
You should have given your recipe to make a proper comparisonWww@FoodAQ@Com
