Answers:
First of all they are made from legumes or dal flours which are lentils or chickpeas and most place now drt cooked them in the oven or over a gas flame, I am a former chef and do it that way or a spritz of oil and bake in a hot oven, you can lower the fat bit they are not high in calories nor are they full of sugar, beans, lentils and peas are good for diabetic, I happen to be a type 2 and cook alot of chickpea and lentil dish's, as they are packed with protein and do not raise glucose levels like other complex carbs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It has a lot of salt in it, so it can't be good for her blood pressure!. Even the homemade ones can't be good!. She should stick with eating pickles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dnt think they do, but the oil its fried in is a killerWww@FoodAQ@Com
