Answers:
Typical chinese Stir-fry uses oyster sauce!. Oyster Sauce if you taste it is a little bit salty!. Only a table spoon or two are added for the dish that is served to around 4 person!. You may also add some crunchy garlic to make it more flavorful!.!.

How to make crunchy garlic!. you pill them, it would be easier to pill them if you crash them!. Use chinese knife that are wide, use the side and smash it against a chopping board so that the peel of the garlic would be removed easier!. chop the garlic into bits!.!.!. a random chop will do!. leave it open in the ref over night, so that it would dry up, you fry it!.

-put 1/4 cup of vegetable oil (originally, peanut oil are use since it has great aroma, but lately, some people said that vegetable oil is better than peanut oil in terms of their health composition)!.
-using small fire, fry the garlic while stirring it constantly!.
-let it cook at only 70%!. don't cook it 100% or else the bitter taste will come out!.
-while hot, you can pour it in a bowl and let it stand until you need it!. (storage of the fried garlic is approximately 3 weeks!. covered in

this can be used in different chinese dish!. add one to two table spoon of this to the stir-fry veggie dish to make it more authentic

Option:
1!. you can have plain soy sauce with garlic
2!. you can use X!.O!. sauce!. (this is available in the market!. one of the most expensive sauce due to the ingredient of it)
3!. abalone sauce
4!. char-siu (asado) sauce - incase you don't have meat also taste good with asparagus

It actually just depends on where your eating!. You'd have to ask your local restaurant for the answer because iev seen restaurants use different sauces for their chicken and broccoli, such as oyster, or garlic, ive seen a basil chili sauce on it too!. so just ask the next time you go in!. and im sure they will give you the answer your looking for!.
