I got an authentic mexican piccadillo!.
1lb of ground beef
diced onions
diced tomatoe
diced potatoe
diced carrot
brown beef until almost done
season with favorite seasonings(not taco)
put vegetables
cook until vegetables are tender!. Great for tacos!.
