This dish Is from Jamaica! If you want the recipe here it is,
Turn Cornmeal

Ingredients
1 medium onion
2 tbs olive oil
3 stalks spring onion
1 tomato, chopped
2 slices hot pepper, chopped
6 okras, chopped
1/2 cup shredded raw saltfish
5 cups coconut milk, or water
black pepper
2 cups cornmeal

Preparation
Saute the onion and spring onions in the oil!.
Stir in the tomatoes, hot pepper, okras and salt cod!.
Stir for a few minutes then pour in the coconut milk, or water!.
Let it come to boil, add the black pepper, then gradually add the cornmeal, stirring it all the time!.
The cornmeal will swell considerably!. When well mixed in, turn the heat to very low, cover the pan and cook for a further 15-20 minutes!.
Place in oiled bowls and roll around until smooth to turn out on the serving plate!.
Serve with seasoned saltfish or stew fish, or stewed liver!.
