Tapas(appetizers) from spain.?!

Question: Tapas(appetizers) from spain!.!?
does anyone know any appetizers from spain that include fruit!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Yes!. Quince Paste (Can probably get thru Dean & De Luca or Williams & Sonoma) sliced with Manchego (cheese)!. But I usually serve the Quince Paste with a good Monterey Jack as I'm not to fond of goat's cheese!.

If you were looking for a fresh fruit tapas, I would suggest melon (either cantaloupe or honeydew) slices wrapped with thinly sliced serrano ham!. If you can't get Serrano, Prosciutto substitutes just fine!. You should be able to get either in the deli of your favorite grocery store!. I like it with a bit of freshly cracked pepper, but that's just a personal preference!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
