Would my Chinese guests like tripe and what suggestions do you have for cooking it?!

Question: Would my Chinese guests like tripe and what suggestions do you have for cooking it!?
I have just realised that my Chinese guests like dim sum which I find slippery and slimy !. I was trying to explain why I find it revolting, so said it was like the consistency of tripe!. I then wondered if they would like this old fashioned dish!. I know you simmer it in milk and onions or have it raw with vinegar but wondered if I could give it a Chinese flavour and whether indeed they do eat it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
