In recent years its gotten alot easier!. Just about every seasoning company has a marinate or rub, I use wine and lemon pepper seasoning over nite for baking, Grillling, tereyaki marinate, then the barbecue sauce when its almost done!.!.Frying, ive tried everything but lemon pepper seasoning alone just seems to go it!. Dont be afraid to shake a good amount on each pieceWww@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with Cwalk!. Italian dressing is great!. U could also use BBQ sauce!. They make a ton of different premade marinades!. One of my favorites is Garlic-Lime I think Lawrys makes it!. I cut up large chunks of chicken and peeled shrimp, mix with chopped up veggies like onions, mushrooms, peppers, squash and make kabobs on the grill!. Super yummy!. Sometimes I will add pineapple or cherry tomatos!. Serve over rice and you can't beat it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
