Rainbow rolls are fairly common and are basically a California roll, covered with various types of fresh fish, avocado, and sometimes flying fish eggs!. They vary with the Sushi Chef!.

Rainbow roll is usually a California roll with extra sashimi slices placed on top - usually tuna, hamachi, and salmon!.
As for the others, many restaurants make up their own rolls, so you'll have to look at their menu to find out what's in it!. Most of the time it's just a combination of veggies and fish, sometimes deep fried or covered with a sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
