I live in Idaho and I haven't really noticed any different cuisine!. Of course, Idaho is famous for potatoes, but it's not like there is an over abundance of potato dishes on our menus!. I have noticed a lot of huckleberry recipes coming out of our lovely state, though!. Huckleberries grow very well in my area of the state and huckleberry picking a popular summer activity!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Idaho cuisine is the same as anyplace else in the US!. It is famous for its potato, but they fry it, boil it, bake it all the same!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
