Hehe!. Since I'm Chinese, I'm really picky with my Chinese food!. I don't like much from the Americanized Chinese food restaurants, cause they're not a spicy and flavorful as their original dishes back in China!. However, there are some really good authentic Chinese restuarants I've come across!.

Ma Po tofu (my BIL send us the sauce for it), eggplant stuffed with minced pork and short ribs in soy sauce (my MIL makes both of those) and chicken with red pepper, cashew chicken, and any thing else my husband makes!. I also like dumplings!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
