Where can I get some chopped bell pepper in bottles like chopped onions, garlic and Italian spices ?!
Answers:
HI and I was a cook for a living and I never found any bell peppers in a bottle!. I would like to know if anyone can find this item as well!. But, I have shopped in a lot of places, including large food places and I never could find that item!. I don't think that they do that and if they did the peppers may be too watery as when they sit in their own juices the water comes out!. I wish you luck on your venture and if you find them write to me please!. Thank you and peace out!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Hi Vee As for your garlic, I get a small screw top jar was and then sterilize, allow to drain any moisture!.
I mince or finally chop my own garlic till the jar is full, top it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, you may have to add some extra after a few minutes, the garlic should be covered!. For the other go to a good Italian Deli at the markets!.

These are not chopped but they are whole roasted red bell peppers!. Just chop them yourself - http://www!.all-things-italian!.com/prodde!.!.!.
You should also chop your own garlic - I was reading an article that was talking about the good qualities of garlic - it said that they diminish quickly after cut up and when added to oil - so just take a few minutes and mince up your garlic each time you want to use it :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have actually seen them dried, when you add your cooking liquids they will rehydrate, however, I don't remember where I saw them, a specialty store would be the place to go, pimentos are red or ripened bell peppers and you might be able to substitute those depending on your recipe!. Maybe type in dried bell peppers on your search engine on the net and see what comes up!. Good luck!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
I know you can buy frozen chopped bell peppers!. The only jarred ones I have seen are the roasted red peppers!. You buy the frozen ones next to the other frozen vegetables!. They also sell chopped raw onions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
