well it's already explained to you, but the funny thing about this kind of liverwurst is that I can't get it here in Holland, and we're next to Germany!

The first girl is right, it is a traditional liverwurst style sausage, some are finer than others, and spiced in a different way than other, most are pork liver, some may have chicken or goose liver in them, if it is imported chances are it is a mix, a local one from a deli would not be!.
I am a former chef and of Germanic heritage, and enjoy many types, this is a fine smoother type, nice as a snack or on a sandwich, I like it on rye bread with fresh onions and horseradish mayo spiked with Dusseldorf mustard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
