Where can I buy a cast iron tawa in the US?!
I have checked my local Indian stores with no luck!. So does anyone know a good online website!? I heard they are the best for making dosas and also Indian flatbreads!. Thanks!.
PS: I am looking specifically for the Indian cast iron tawa (or griddle), not the regular American cast iron grill pans!.

I am a former chef and live in Canada, I have one I bought it here in Toronto ON were we have a large Indo-Pakistani community, in the US a good housewares place, they may have one if not a cast iron griddle, round is best or a Mexican "Tamal" they use it for cooking Tortilla on it and there cast iron ones are very good and a decent substitute for an Indian Tava!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
