Frozen Tuna for Sushi?!

Question: Frozen Tuna for Sushi!?
I recently came back from a fishing trip with frozen, vacuum packed fillets of yellowfin!. I thawed some of it the other night, prepared and ate it sashimi style!. It was everything I hoped it would be!. My question is: how long will I be able to keep the tuna fillets in the freezer before the texture and taste isn't good enough for sushi!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
