Answers:
It sounds like you are developing a disorder, due to the somewhat obsessive thoughts and disordered behavior involving food!. I used to have an eating disorder, which got very serious, so it is easy for me to recognize the thoughts and behaviors of someone who may develop an eating disorder!. You may want to think about seeing a counselor or therapist to talk about your issues with food!.

Best wishes & take care!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like you're just bored with your food, but not really interested in going to the effort it would require to search out and find new recipes to eat!. Head to the store!. Try going through the frozen foods and picking out something interesting to take home and prepare!. A more expensive alternative would be to go to a new restaurant and try something new to eat!. Ethnic foods are a great way to wake up the old taste buds!.

If that doesn't stimulate, then it could be depression or a problem with your stomach!. See a doctor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You may want to go talk to your doctor!. If you're trying to convince yourself not to eat, that is a sign of something going wrong!. Your doctor should have some tips for you or may be able to refer you to a therapist or even a nutritionist!.

In the meantime, is there anything healthy that you can convince yourself to eat!? Is there some reason you think you shouldn't be eating!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it sounds like you may be developing an eating disorder!. Why not get help before it develops any further!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
