What is a recipe for an authentic seaweed salad or where can you buy it?!
I had it at school for our "asian food day" and it is delicious!. I don't want to commit to buying the Ingredients because I don't know what the seaweeds are in the salad or if it would taste the same-I know you can't tell me that, but I've provided a link of what it looked like!. Thanks!!

2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Soak dried wakame in warm water for about 5-8 minutes
Drain and place in a bowl of water!. Quickly remove and plunge into cold water
Mix vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and ginger in a bowl until sugar is dissolved!.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and scallions

Tip - Instead of wakame try using chewy strips of konbu if you prefer a more intense flavour!. If you liked this recipe try this one for wakame and cucumber -
