What are buche tacos?!
I went to a mexican food place and my step-dad told me to try some buche meat!. I tried it and it tasted ok!. I just wanted to know what the meat is made of because I don't know any spanish and i know it wasnt the traditional parts of meat that I usually eat( like the carne asada)!. Let me know!. Buche is a mixture of pig and cow meat usually all the scraps that are left over!. also when cooking it they usually put chorizo and bacon in it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
