you can! there is a shop in st andrews (okay it's scotland, but you'll surely get it in england) that sells imported chocolate/ confectionery and spices as well as homemade jam etc!. They sold oreos way before they were released in the UK!. I have seen fluff in there, my american friend pointed it out!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've never heard of it before so I decided to look it up!.
