Bean Curd is better than yogurt, because it does not have saturated fats, cholesterol!.
Bean Curd is made from soybeans, so the amino-acids are comparable with yogurt!. Both can have live culture!. Homemade bean curd does not have B12 like yogurt does!.
Yes Bean Curd is very healthy!. It is even better than Tofu, and comparable to Temp-eh!.
Commercial bean curd can be made better by adding B12, Calcium, and Vitamin D, like they do with Soy milk!. Then it will be better than dairy yogurt in every respect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you mean "Tofu"!? If so, the answer is YES!. It is made of soy beans and very rich in protein!. I think this is one of the best things to eat if you're into health foods!. also soy bean milk is good for you!. If you haven't eaten Tofu before, I suggest you to try as it won't hurt you if you don't have any soy bean allegy or things like that!.Tofu has very plain taste and you might not think that it's that tasty if you eat as is, it has almost no particular taste!. Even if you don't like it so much on the first try, please give it a chance!. There are so many varieties and different ways to cook and eat tofu!. You even might be able to find the way to eat your own way!. You can even make Tofu Cheesecake which is much lower calories than regular ones and very mild and comforting taste!.
