Persian food question. What are some typical spices that are used?!
Once I went to visit my friend who was(they are divorced now) married to a persian guy and so his dad made dinner chicken and rice!. I can describe it as spicy yet flavorful it was really good!. I unfortunately can't ask him know but would like to know if anyone can help me pinpoint the spices and seasonings used for persian food!. ThanxWww@FoodAQ@Com
